Filler phrases

Filler phrases are short messages the assistant can say while it waits for a tool or a model response. Manage lists through /filler-phrase-lists and attach one with PUT /assistants/{assistantId}/filler-phrase-lists.

Without an assigned list, the assistant does not use filler phrases. Keep phrases short, natural, and appropriate for the assistant language.
